Site service
We will record the customer information and answer their questions.Equipment installation & commissioning/upgrading: generally, we will notice you the installation time before one week. And our engineers will be on site at the customer-specified time.For service interruption: our engineers will be on site within 24 hours by non-stop flights if any.
Repair service
KeyBridge products: we will repair and send out the faulty part within 7 working days since we receive it (If the warranty period expires, we also need a payment commitment from the customer).epair service: receive the faulty equipmentSite service
